Terms of service

Effective 12 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of pymso CRM, provided by pymso (“we”). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for that business.

The service

pymso CRM lets you manage clients, estimates, invoices, payments and expenses in your own workspace. We may improve or change features over time; we'll give notice before removing anything you rely on.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details, authenticator and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
  • Tell us promptly at pymsohq@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Your data

  • The business records you put in pymso CRM remain yours. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
  • You can export your data at any time from Settings → Data export.
  • You are responsible for the content of your documents and for meeting your tax, invoicing and record-keeping obligations. pymso CRM helps with calculations, but check documents before you send them.

Acceptable use

Don't use pymso CRM to:

  • issue fraudulent invoices or impersonate another business;
  • store unlawful content or content you have no right to;
  • try to access other workspaces, probe or overload the service, or get around its security.

Fees

Any fees are agreed with you before you are charged. If agreed fees go unpaid, we may suspend the workspace after giving notice; your data stays intact during a suspension.

Suspension and ending

  • You can stop using pymso CRM at any time and ask us to delete your workspace.
  • We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. Unless the law or an urgent risk prevents it, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Availability and backups

We work to keep pymso CRM available and take daily backups, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. Keep your own exports of records you can't afford to lose.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell workspace owners in advance about significant changes.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
